The Howelsen Place Project's two building structures at 701 Lincoln will offer 11 commercial tenant spaces totaling over 23,000 square feet. Building A will have 5 tenant spaces ranging from 1,480 to 2,842 square feet. The largest of these units will have both Yampa and 7th Avenue frontage, two spaces with Yampa frontage and two will open to 7th Avenue. Building B will have 6 tenant spaces ranging from 1,628 to 2,636 square feet. The corner unit at the base of the rotunda will be accessible from both streets, three will have Lincoln frontage, and the remaining two will have 7th Avenue frontage.
